"The late Gray Baskerville championed traditional hot rodding throughout his 30-plus year career as a stellar writer and photographer at Rod & Custom and Hot Rod Magazine, and he logged hundreds of thousands of miles behind the wheel of his Deuce roadster. In this article, we dig into the car’s backstory, which includes everything from drag strip passes to cross-country road trips. The car is well used, well loved and is now owned by Jim Shelton of Las Vegas, Nevada. He drives it often." - Greg Sharp

I met Jim Shelton approx. 10 years ago in Las Vegas. He invited me to his home and we went for a drive in the roadster. One of my fondest memories.
My favorite pic from that eventful day:

You can obviously see that this was a somewhat low-budget build, but it is rock solid, with good handling and ride with no rattles or squeaks.
