DEUCE B-400'S

#3
My first B400 started with an older restoration. Thom Taylor did the rendering for me in red wires, red steeliness and halibrand. The wires were my first choice. This car, with the help of Randy Lauen was a Pro's pick in Louisville in 1999. I sold the car to Bill Lindig and bought my home in Ariz. The car is under the wonderful care of Bruce in Texas. Now has halibrand style wheels and looks great image.jpeg j image.jpeg image.jpeg image.jpeg

This car has the very first chassis So Cal built for a fendered car. The chassis tag is stamped 000P. The "P" was for prototype. Bob Kennedy did the wood grain. Steve Ralfs in Iowa did the top and black leather.

This was B400 number 2. Came back to the US after reputed to have belonged to Franco, the dictator in Spain. This car was mechanically updated with a rebuilt rear, lowered, dropped axle. V8 garage brake kit and a 12 rattle can paint job. Easily a good 10' car

I like the straw color myself. Looks like a great car and one I don't have on my list. For what it's worth , 20 years ago I started writing down all the cars and owners I knew of that owned a B400. I currently have 67 cars on the list
