pics 2 and 3 are Corey Taulbert's 5w. It is really cool and an amazing build. What is funny to me is that he started with a mint 5-w highboy running a very nice flathead and quick-change, and then he replace damn near everything but the body !

WICKED^^!!! GREAT looking chop, drilled axle, proper hot rod headlights, no ugly ass gas tank hanging out the back, PERFECT wheel/tire combo...THAT is KILLER.
anyone notice a trend here? ALL the cool guys are building SIXTIES STYLE hot rods. Colour, chrome, mags and slicks! Stick a fork in bullshit forties "neo-traditional", its done. Thank god!

I am not at all certain, I need to look at some photos, but whenever I look at this car, I find myself reminded of Jergers old full fendered five window that was in Hot rod in the early sixties. I wonder if these are very early photos of that car??
This one? I have the magazine with the feature on it; I'll have to dig it up. It's hard to tell from this single pic.

That's the one. I really don't know if I am on the right track or not, and I don't have time to dig up the pics before I leave tomorrow, I am getting packed. Funny stuff, I just got a call from a good buddy of mine, he called me up and says "hey I just got a big stash of parts off a guy, you should come over and take a look, see if theres anything you need." I had to tell him, "Damn it Frank, your timing sucks, I am leaving for a month tomorrow!" One thing I have been looking for is a set of '42-48 backing plates, so I can try the self-energizing conversion with the 12" '70s B-body gm wagon parts. He is putting a pair aside for when I get back, so that's one thing at least. I want to use those on the front of the T-Tudor.
