I am a big fan of 40's.  I do not have the channeled gold one any more, but I still like the car.

Here are a few old pics, the sedan delivery is shortened, an unusual treatment.  The yellow sedan was what i was driving in 1980

Cub Barnett's '41 pickup.  same as a '40 except for a little more trim on the hood.

'39 deluxe convertible and '40 deluxe convertible.  Note the shorter top on the '39.  It looks much better than the '40 in stock config.  The '40, though, looks absolutely bitchin' with a Carson top.

Yes that is Dave's sedan. Dave was my Dads best friend all thru highschool and stayed in touch. He recently passed away, not sure what will come of car? Another Toledo guy that moved to Cali and friend is Paul Reiker. Also Tom McMullen was from Toledo and moved out west after school and was long time family friend. He used to come back and shoot cars from the area for features all the time, wish he was still around.
