I came across this picture recently, and was amazed at the outstanding look and quality build of this International Scout,. It made me want to start this thread for people to post hot rods built from cars everyone wouldn't think of building. Post away everyone.

I've heard these unusual cars described by the term " odd rods" . Some of them are very creative and well done .

Well, I tried finding more info on the IHC Scout at the start of the thread, and I found another one, seems it isn't as odd as I thought. They make an interesting roadster or pickup..

That's radical Tom. Here's some more. The Henry J isn't as odd as some, but the build style of the yellow one is. One of the cleanest, well engineered and detailed builds you will ever see.

This Euro hot rod is a fusion of a Citroen 2CV and a Ferrari F355. There are great youtube videos of it as well. Look up 2cv Ferrari.

The Mooneyes show from Japan, always has something different. How about a Suburu bodied dragster?
