YEA!!! I am not sure if there is even time for the next big trend to manifest itself before hot ridding in general just shrivels up and disappears, but I have been saying for a couple years now that it will be late sixties/early seventies style hot rods. TRJ seems to agree,in the last few months we have seen Hendersons Vicky, the Texas T and now this! Too cool! I wonder where Rickles T is now?

Shrivels up???????????   I hope not!!!!!!  As long as there are young'ns with tattoos and rat rods that weld and turn wrenches, there is hope for tomorrow.  My grandson (32Brainfreeze) spent the day tearing apart a 32 chassis with one of the boys from Brizio's.  As I see it, whether or not he pursues this is not as important as having a appreciation for the hobby and cracking some knuckles on early iron.

That's the Ron Pope front spring perch. I bought one because I got in a hurry and wanted to get the car sitting on wheels. When it got here, I kinda looked at it, set it on the front crossmember and thought "Ewwww". Now that I see it on a car, all doubt is gone, I cant use that thing, it looks like hell. Lesson learned, no more shortcuts. I'll fab something.
