Vizard did some cool stuff on how to position the vacu-pan nozzle in the collector, really surprising results. I always kinda figured the new-age "vacu-pans don't work, you need an air pump to generate a meaningful pressure drop stuff" wasn't accurate, but he really did some research on it, put some hard numbers to it. Good stuff.

My buddy Bob sent me these pics of his '56 this morning, its a re-creation of his neighbors car that influenced him as a kid in the early sixties. Really nailed it IMO, pinner whites, baby moons and a corvette air cleaner, very cool. I am doing a similar deal on my '65 falcon, copying a car that influenced me when I was a young kid.

.

Some guys collect aluminum cans, Bob collects aluminum intake manifolds, he has some nice pieces there! Good looking '56 too.
I know the basement floor is down there because it's holding everything up. I just can't see it anymore.

Nice '56.  I like that he is truly being period correct with it.
