Duane, since you don't have a FB account I'll see if I can find out for you.  Besides, I'm also interested  ;)

I must have caught Mark on FB as he responded quickly.  to quote Mark
"Hey Tom...been running the tunnel ram motor in my 55 for almost 40 years ....lol...it works very well.....it worked even better when I use to run the old 4:88's in the back. Tunnel rams work well if the motor is built for them...tunnel rams got their bad rep from guys using them on just warmed over stock motors ...even my club brother Hodge Hartman has a great set up on his big block mopar and his son Dan has a tunnel ram on his 440 Dart ...both cars work great on the street. But ....tunnel ram set up's are not for everyone....I've always liked them....I'm just showing my age as they were the rage when I was young in the 1970's....got hooked...lol."

More for ya Duane:

"you just treat them as 2 four cyl engines , and drive them hard, lower the rpm they will go the better cause as they warm up the idle increases a little bit . Its an air fuel thing changing with temperature . we use edlebrocks 500 hundred cfm cause they are easier to jet so you can fidlle with them to react good with the motor build . remember leaner is not always better"
-Hodge Hartman.
