Thank you for the up-close pictures of the Duesenberg.  I have never seen that transition photo, with the headlight bar in that configuration, coupled with no bird on the radiator and the pines winterfront.  Must have been about car 200 or so.  Extremely rare depiction, and of course the Boss is the driver

Tom, this gas station was located just down the road from this race track, that unfortunately was closed a couple of years ago and then had the tower, grandstands and other buildings burn in the devastating wild fires here in BC this year. Here is a couple of photos from when the track was still in action. That's our TA/FC laying down some rubber. ;)
