They will revoke title, registration and license plates on a vehicle they issued said items for, but on the other hand- mental health issues, beat your wife and fracture a kid’s head? No problem, pass the ammunition.

I know the basement floor is down there because it's holding everything up. I just can't see it anymore.

Try blaming the correct entity. Texas had nothing to do with this... it was the Air Force that failed to report these crimes to the FBI NOT Texas!  State and federal officials knew nothing about this person's felony crimes.

According to the article this effects dune buggies and sand rails.... not kit cars in general.  Typical knee jerk reaction by state officials to a perceived safety hazard, even though it probably doesn't exist.

It looks like we're gonna need a sub-committee with a 20 million dollar budget to figure that out over the next 2 years and numerous hearings, etc. etc.

Totally off topic,  but I worked at Swagelok Fittings when that was built and we had the honor of building all the hydraulic fittings that are used on it.  Had Nasa guys looking over our shoulder as we machined and inspected the parts.  So that derelict car sitting on the moon has parts that I built  ;D ;D
