I LOVE butternut yellow.

I've had 2 cars painted this color.  Both were lemons, so never again....  But of course both were British cars (MG and an A-H), so it's normal for them to break down !

If my Chevy II had a black or saddle interior instead of blue, I would paint it this colour. But I really like the blue interior, so its gotta be either the original white, black or blue. Does ANYONE REALLY expect ANY british car to be reliable??? :o ::) ;D

After that experience, plus another friend's experience with an XKE (the factory work (machining especially) was awful), I'd say NO !  But my A-H was pretty reliable after I replaced all of the electricals and learned to check EVERY nut and bolt for loose connections - often!

Back to the yellow. I'll look at any well-built hot rod; any year, model, paint color, etc.  But I personally won't have another yellow car.  No reasonable logic behind it; just personal preference.
