Of course he drives it; from the trailer to his spot at the show.
The clearance at the axle to frame notch looks to be lacking and the shackle is almost vertical but who knows? It might ride like grand dad's Buick.

I know the basement floor is down there because it's holding everything up. I just can't see it anymore.
