I've maybe seen a half dozen grilles with the single hole in the bottom, including the pics in this post.  I think it is a VERY early version.  I own an early production sedan (a 4 cylinder number in the 50,000's) and it has the regular three hole grille on it.

HB32 on here has a very early '32 PU, without the frame reveal. I don't know if his grill shell is original to the vehicle, and I realize truck shells are different anyway, but I should direct him to this thread.

I don't know Tom, the grille has been out of production for quite a while now.
I know the basement floor is down there because it's holding everything up. I just can't see it anymore.
