I got this one about 4 years ago from George DeLorian,... Not perfect by a long shot, But George has been a friend for a lot of years,.. So I am only going to do a minimal of repairs, and pretty much use like it is. The DeLorian boys were into Hot Rodding all there life's,... It was built between the late 40's & early 50's, It's going under a Deuce Roadster.  (nothing special,.. just thought I would share this, cause I think it's pretty cool  ;D)

It's currently doing duty as a "rolling Pallet", while some work gets done on the Louie Shell Deuce Roadster's Body and Chassis,...

Just a simple home built hot rod (not a show car) chassis.

Mock engine installed ... 9 inch 57 Ford rear end installed and it is a ROLLER  :D

PAINT ...

The new engine/transmission installed and fired up. Making progress.

View of the fabricated coil spring rear suspension. Also the Currie alumnim center section. The driveshaft is aluminum also ( but painted BLACK.

Still a long ways to go before it hits the highway  ???

Sits pretty nice IMHO ...

Final paint, upholstery and a long list of things to do before it is road worthy

The frame under my former tudor.  Nothing fancy; just tried & true stuff.   If I had to do it over, I'd probably put the pedal mounts on the chassis instead of the firewall, and add a sway bar to the rear.  And maybe some chrome, and...
