Are these stock Chevy covers ?
They were introduced in '64 on 327's, there was a similar design used in '62-'63 with a raised rectangular border around the 327 decal and those are hard to find.
I always liked the '64 and up version and in '66 the chromed ones were used on the L-79 327-350 horse engine in passenger cars, the 'vette  L-79 got the 7 fin aluminum  covers.

 On a mid-'70s trip to Timonium, New York hot rodder Jim Miller snapped this picture of the ex-Harry Luzader '32 five-window cruising the fairgrounds. At this time, the car was owned by John Dominick—and it's still in his garage to this day. We have the full story of the record-setting Deuce in the upcoming TRJ #75.
