Does the passenger car grille shell interchange with the truck shell? Or does it have to be modified?
The 32 pickup shell is a one piece,,meaning the insert is stamped into the shell when it was made,,,

However the passenger shell and insert can be used in place of the truck shell. HRP

Striper & M_S, thanks for the nice comments. Paint color is GM War Bonnet Yellow, from early 70s Corvettes.

My thoughts exactly!

Is it a 33 or 34 cab? HRP

Actually it's a late 32 cab with early doors (no reveal around the hinges). The 33/34 firewall that was adapted to it has had a 1 inch plus strip added to push it out from the cab more than it would be stock. The picture on the flatbed shows the hardly noticeable difference.

A 32 pickup has a cowl that is 4 inches shorter than all other body styles. All that 4 inches comes out of the leg room. What I did was put back as much of that leg room as I could. The 33/34 firewall gives about 1 1/2 inches more leg room than the 32 and the 1 inch plus added strip just about gets it all back.

Of course, with that firewall protruding way into the engine room, I had to lop off two cylinders from the 350 small block. But that's another story.....

I put this little Deuce Pick together about 25 years ago(see post 11). Sold it to Deuce Engineering about 1/2 way through the build. Found this picture recently on the internet. Still looks good today.
