Body fit to frame ready to start the inner steel structure. Also fitting inner and outer door and truck skins.

Front fire wall loop about ready to weld up and fit.  All inner structure is 1x1x.095 wall tube.

I made door hinges from 1/4" cold rolled with 1/4 cold rolled back plates

Steel reinforcement is bonded and flush riveted to inner skins before the outer skins are fit and bonded.

Rear structure is also .095 wall tube set back 4 inches for more seat clearance.

I cut the trunk floor out and will raise it 2 1/2 inches for more clearance.

Inner skin for the trunk is also stiffened with 3/4 steel.  Hinge plates are welded to the tubes also.

6 inch roll pan from Ravon ready to be glassed on from the inside.  Best fitting one I've found.  Very little trimming.  Others I've had to narrow or widen by up to one inch.
